This series of desktop automatic soldering machine has a total of five working strokes to choose from (200mm ~ 600mm working range). The built-in software is simple and easy to operate, and can provide a variety of customized programs. With the upgrade of the version, the performance of the device has been greatly improved.
◉ Reinforcement of body rigidity
Compared with the previous models above 300, the performance is greatly improved; the maximum speed can reach 900mm / sec, the transportable weight is 15Kg, and the loadable weight is 7Kg.
◉Built-in Ethernet network port (LAN)
It can be connected to the computer through the network, input and output teaching data, solder parameters, and do backup processing to achieve the management function. In addition to the equipment that can be connected to the PLC to perform operations, there are a variety of communication methods to choose from.
◉ Scalable to 6-axis control
The previous version can only control 4 axes, and the new version can add 2 auxiliary axes to achieve a maximum of 6 axes. Depending on the position of the solder joint, the direction and angle of the workpiece can be changed. In addition, the angle of the wire supply can be adjusted, providing more stable and better solder quality than before. Expanding to a 6-axis soldering machine can reduce manual interference and slow down the process, moving towards a fully automatic process.
