L-CAT STELLAR
This series of desktop soldering machines are J-CAT COMET high power models. It can be equipped with a 200 watt heater, which can be used with a 2.0mm wire. It is also suitable for welding high heat dissipation parts, such as multilayer boards and shielded shells.
◉ Reinforcement of body rigidity
Compared with the previous models over 300, the performance is greatly improved; the maximum speed can reach 900mm / sec, and the loadable weight is 31 ~ 55kg.
◉Built-in Ethernet network port (LAN)
It can be connected to the computer through the network, input and output teaching data, solder parameters, and do backup processing to achieve the management function. In addition to the equipment that can be connected to the PLC to perform operations, there are a variety of communication methods to choose from.
◉ Scalable to 6-axis control
The previous version can only control 4 axes, and the new version can add 2 auxiliary axes to achieve a maximum of 6 axes. Depending on the position of the solder joint, the direction and angle of the workpiece can be changed. In addition, the angle of the wire supply can be adjusted, providing more stable and better solder quality than before. Expanding to a 6-axis soldering machine can reduce manual interference and slow down the process, moving towards a fully automatic process.
