This controller is a non-contact radiation thermometer (minimum Ф0.25mm), which can measure the temperature of the solder joints in real time and transmit the temperature data to the laser controller to control the optical power, thereby avoiding any unforeseen Heating conditions to stabilize solder quality.

The laser beam is formed by an input lens and an output lens. With different combinations, more than 100 kinds of light spots can be changed.
