J-CAT GRT

This is a three-axis table-type cutting machine. It uses a robot arm of the same series as an automatic soldering machine. The addition of an optical ruler can improve the accuracy of the equipment. The entire system is equipped with electric milling cutters, special software and dust collection devices, and is suitable for glass fiber substrates and multilayer boards with a thickness of 1.6mm or less. In addition, J-CAT GRT is equipped with a cutter life sensor, which can prevent the machine board from being damaged if the tool is not replaced in time.
